How long will it take to receive a response to my email?

We try our best to respond to emails within 1-2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays & weekends. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 2-6 business days or 1-2 business days depending on your chosen shipping service.

Do you offer free shipping and returns?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. The cost of returning is the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend sending via a tracked service as we do not accept liability if parcels go missing. Free shipping on all orders over £150.

I’m not in love with my order, how can I make a return?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please drop us an email with details or return it with the enclosed returns slip. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). By returning your order you are agreeing to the above conditions, any items returned that are stained/worn will be returned back to you.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds. Alterations can be made on items that have been made to specific measurements. Store credit will be given for any garments purchased in a custom colours with standard sizing.

The cost of returning is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping via a tracked service as we do not accept liability if items go missing in transit. By returning your order you are agreeing that the garment is unworn.

How do exchanges work?

Need a different size? No problem, please email info@gado.co.uk to complete an exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. The shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of £18. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. International shipping can take up to 21 working days. If you require an order earlier than this please get in touch before placing your order.

What if I need to change my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at georgina@georginatolson.co.uk with your order number and new address as quickly as possible, we will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is processed.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.
