How long will it take to receive a response to my email?
We try our best to respond to emails within 1-2 business days.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and delivered within 10 business days, excluding holidays & weekends. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Once processed, your order will be delivered within the given timescale.
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. The cost of returning is the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend sending via a tracked service as we do not accept liability if parcels go missing. Free shipping on all orders over £150.
I’m not in love with my order, how can I make a return?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please send us an email with details. As each garment is custom made to order, we are unable to resell an item to any other customer other than the customer placing the order, hence we cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart.
In the very rare case there would be an issue with the fabrication of your garments, you can return them for store credit.
The cost of returning is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping via a tracked service as we do not accept liability if items go missing in transit. By returning your order you are agreeing that the garment is unworn.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. The shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of £18. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. International shipping can take up to 21 working days. If you require an order earlier than this please get in touch before placing your order.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and new address as quickly as possible, we will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is processed.
